Day 2 - Yangon - Bagan (B)
A short flight from Yangon takes you to Bagan. Begin your time in this ancient capital with a tour of the iconic temple sites followed by a visit to a traditional lacquer ware workshop. Late this afternoon, continue your temple sightseeing on a horse-driven cart before ascending to the upper terrace of a pagoda to take in magnificent sunset views of the plains.

Day 3 - Bagan - Heho - Inle Lake (B)
This morning, fly to Heho followed by a scenic drive through the countryside with a stop en-route at Shwe Yan Pyay teak monastery. At Nyaung Shwe, board a private motorboat and head out to Inle Lake, taking in views of the picturesque surroundings along the way. You will also visit Nga Hpe Chaung Monastery, a temple famous for its Shan Buddha images and hoop-jumping cats, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the lake's holiest sanctuary, as well as local weaving and cheroot (Burmese cigar) workshops.

Overnight on Inle Lake

Day 4 - Inle Lake - Heho - Yangon (B)
Your day starts with a visit to a bustling morning market which rotates its location around the lake's villages in a 5-day rhythm. At this market, you will see local hill tribes selling and trading their wares in their colorful ethnic costumes. This afternoon, transfer to Heho Airport for your flight to Yangon.

Day 5 - Depart Yangon (B)
On your final day in Myanmar, and if time permits, you can explore Yangon in greater depth with our unique excursions. Ride on Yangon's circle train to the city outskirts and along the way, meet friendly locals and observe the colorful way of life. This afternoon, visit Bogyoke Market to browse the wide selection of Burmese handicrafts and souvenirs. Finally, transfer to Yangon International Airport for your departure flight.
